Welcome to the Enigo platform operated by EXCARD CORPORATION SDN BHD (672072-A) and its affiliates (individually and collectively
referred to as “Excard”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before signing up
or making a transaction. EXCARD reserves the right to amend these membership terms and conditions anytime, with or without
prior notice to agent (hereon referred to as "Enigo agent"). As an Enigo agent, it is your responsibility to know and periodically
update yourself on these terms and conditions so as to fully understand your agent rights and privileges.
1. Membership
1.1 Application for Enigo membership is open to all people aged 18 years and above.
1.2 The management of Enigo has the right to decline any individual agent status or to terminate a agent's membership at
its discretion without prejudice.
1.3 Employees of Enigo are not eligible to become Enigo agents or participate in any Enigo program.
1.4 Individuals who wish to join Enigo as a agent must first complete the online registration form on the Enigo website
(https://agent.enigo2u.com).
1.5 Newly registered Enigo agents will be given an official Agent ID in order to make order transactions with Enigo. This
Agent ID is non-transferable and is restricted to non-agents or other registered agents.
1.6 Enigo agents may terminate their membership at any time, RM5.00 and above in an ENIGO Member Account is refundable upon
termination of membership by either party, and the balance in their account will be refunded within 10 working days by
online transfer. As proof, all requests for termination of membership by either party must be in writing via email
(enigo06@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (General Enquiry).
2. ORDERING
2.1 All printing of Enigo products will be solely undertaken by Enigo or its appointed vendor. Enigo agents are restricted
from submitting any order for an Enigo product to another printer/lithographer. If a Enigo agent does not adhere to this
condition, the management reserves the right to terminate his or her account and membership as well as demand the return
of all materials and information pertaining to Enigo.
2.2 Enigo agents are solely responsible for their own customers including any transaction such as payment collection.
2.3 Enigo does not accept direct order(s) from agents' customers.
2.4 All orders must be submitted online.
2.5 Enigo reserves the right to reject any order that does not comply with the standard product specifications for output
set by Enigo and stated on the Enigo website.
2.6 Once a Enigo agent submits an order to Enigo, it is considered a purchase. Once an order is in process stage, it cannot
be cancelled or changed.
2.7 If Enigo agent requests to cancel the order which is not in process stage, the deducted printing fee will be automatically
added back into that Enigo agent's account.
2.8 Order will not be processed if printing fee due exceeds the available funds in Enigo agent's account. Should this happen,
Enigo agent is required to reload cash advance in order to proceed with the order.
2.9 Enigo provides printing services to its Enigo agents only.
2.10 Enigo does not provide hardcopy official receipts for purchases. Enigo agents can print out the invoice for their completed
orders from ORDER/CHECK PRICE -> VIEW ORDER -> ACTION -> REQUEST E-INVOICE to print the official invoice on the Enigo eprinting
solution.
2.11 The Enigo agent account is updated daily and Enigo agents can trace and print the statement of account from the Enigo
eprinting solution.
2.12 Enigo agents are required to have adequate cash advance in their account to make an order.
2.13 Enigo shall take legal action to prosecute any Enigo agent whom Enigo suspect of making fraud deposits to Enigo. Enigo
shall also terminate that agent's membership and bar him/her from further orders and use of Enigo eprinting solution.
3. RELOADING CASH ADVANCE
3.1 As Enigo uses a prepaid system, orders will be debited from Enigo agent's cash advance.
3.2 Cash Advance Reload methods:
There are 2 ways to top-up your cash advance into your Enigo account.
*Note: Whichever method of payment you choose, you must first access your Member Online Account, click TOP UP -> PERFORM TOP UP,
choose your payment method and enter your payment amount.
(i) Credit Card (NETBUILDER) - visa/master card
(ii) Debit Payment (NETBUILDER) - MEPS/FPX Debit Payment
3.3 The minimum reload amount is RM100 for credit card payments and RM20 for FPX payments. For reloading cash advance, Enigo
agents no need to upload the proof via Enigo eprinting solution, the amount will directly reflect as cash advance in your
Enigo account.
3.4 Enigo does not provide any hardcopy official receipt for Enigo agent's Reloading Cash Advance. If Enigo agent requires a
statement of proof for Reloading Cash Advance, Enigo agent can print the Official Receipt from TOP UP -> VIEW TOP-UP HISTORY
on the Enigo eprinting solution.
4. PRICING / DELIVERY
4.1 There is no surcharge for normal delivery (except Sabah and Sarawak).
4.2 Services, products and pricing are subject to change from time to time.
4.3 All goods are delivered to Enigo agents by Enigo's appointed courier service company.

Appointed courier service provider: ABX/Skynet

4.4 Enigo will not liaise with any customer on Enigo agent's behalf.
4.5 Any request for rushed delivery must be made by contact us via WhatsApp (General Enquiry). Requests made through order
of remarks will not be entertained.
4.6 Goods delivered to Enigo agents are packed according to Enigo's standard packing. Once goods have left Enigo premises,
the goods are no longer the responsibility of Enigo. If there are any discrepancies in the print quality or quantity of goods,
Enigo agents are advised to lodge a complaint within 7 days from the invoice stated date via email (enigo06@gmail.com) or WhatsApp
(General Enquiry). Any defected goods may need to returned to Enigo upon request.
5. ARTWORK FILE PREPARATION / TRANSFER
5.1 All artworks should be saved into individual files and according to each order.
5.2 All artworks must be sent to Enigo through the Internet only. Please download artwork specifications from Enigo eprinting solution
to learn how to prepare file for ordering.
5.3 Due to the different color displays on various monitors, printed color of end product may differ from what appears on screen.
Therefore Enigo will not be responsible for color discrepancies in the end product as a result of Enigo agent's reliance on the said
color displays instead of Enigo's CMYK COLOR CHART to set his/her colors for output.
5.4 Enigo does not guarantee exact color match of Enigo agent artwork or reprints (10% tolerance).
5.5 Enigo does not guarantee the spot uv quality on the artwork which is less than 1pt, less than 100% black or on the edge of the artwork.
5.6 To avoid delays or inconveniences, Enigo agents are advised to check their artworks comply with all Enigo standard specifications,
setting and format.
5.7 In the event Enigo detects that Enigo agent's artwork does not comply with Enigo artwork specifications, Enigo will inform that
Enigo agent of the problem by WhatsApp (artwork enquiry) or phone, Enigo agent may proceed the job with new artwork or cancel the order.
Enigo agent requires to amend their artwork and proceed with new artwork through Enigo eprinting solution. Delivery date of order will
be according to new order.
5.8 If Enigo agent insists on proceeding to print without making recommended corrections highlighted, Enigo agent does so at his/her risk.
Enigo cannot be held responsible for outcome of printout.
5.9 If Enigo agent makes an error (selecting wrong quantity, material, product, finishing, or etc.) while placing his/her order, Enigo agent
must contact us via WhatsApp (General Enquiry) to inform Enigo immediately or contact us at Tel: 1-700-81-6157. Once the order is in process
stage, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Enigo will not be responsible for any consequences arising from that Enigo agent's failure.
5.10 Enigo cannot be held liable for any consequences in the event an artwork error goes undetected.
5.11 No changes can be made to the artwork once the order in the process stages.
5.12 Enigo agents are required to resend artwork for every repeat order.
5.13 Enigo is not responsible for Enigo agent's copyright infringement of artwork content.
5.14 Enigo will not print jobs that contain offensive literature or images.
6. GENERAL EXPECTATION ON PRINTING OUTCOME
6.1 Color reproduction or accuracy is generally subject to the limitations of gang run printing method. Therefore, the accuracy of color reproduction
is NOT guaranteed as stipulated in our Color Disclaimer (clause #5).
6.2 Enigo cannot be held liable for color variations between jobs printed in different batches at different ordering periods, and object missing due
to overprint setting.
6.3 Tolerance of the cutting edge is +- 1.0 mm.
6.4 Tolerance of the die cut as below:
- Litho: +- 0.5mm
- Digital: +- 1.0mm
6.6 Tolerance of the folding is +- 1.0 mm.
6.7 Printed surface dotted with dirt shall not be more than 1 dot per 5cm2 and the dot shall not be bigger than 0.5mm.
6.8 Tolerance of the printing registration is +- 0.25mm.
6.9 Tolerance of the spot uv registration is +- 0.25 mm.
6.10 Tolerance of the hot stamping registration is +- 0.5 mm - 1.5mm.
6.11 For products with thin paper material such as money packet, art paper or simili with hot stamping finishing, stamping pressure may leave a
stamping mark on the back of the product. Enigo agent shall notice this risk and Enigo is not responsible for the stamping mark on the back.
7. COLOR DISCLAIMER
In order to provide a cheaper end cost to Enigo agent and a quicker turnaround of the printed matter, Enigo prints CMYK printing work together and
marginal variations are to be expected from one print run to another.
As such, while Enigo takes great effort to match colors as accurately as possible, Enigo cannot be held liable for these marginal color variations
or inaccuracies in the printed matter which may be more evident in reprints. A 100% exact color match is not possible (10% Color Tolerance).
8. PRODUCT REPRINT
If Enigo agents are not satisfied with any product, please lodge complaint within 7 days of invoice stated date via WhatsApp (Artwork Enquiry) of
Enigo eprinting solution.
Please include Agent ID, picture and reason for dissatisfaction. If Enigo agents have not received their order within the specified delivery time,
please contact us via email (enigo06@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (General Enquiry) not later than 3 working days from the date of the specified delivery
time. Enigo will try to review Enigo agent complaint and work with Enigo agent to meet Enigo agent expectations.
PLEASE NOTE: Enigo will only reprint the print job that fails to meet the conditions under the General Expectation on Printing Outcome (clause #6)
with the stated process duration. However, Enigo is not responsible for typing, image, or design errors introduced by Enigo agent in the artwork/document
creation process. In an effort to keep costs down and pass those savings along to Enigo agent, Enigo does not review artwork/documents for content or
spelling. In no way shall either Enigo or its subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders or employees be liable for any special incidents, indirect
or consequential damages, mistakes or rejects of any kind whether or not the party has been advised of the possibility of such damages or rejects arising
out of or related to an Enigo agent's action(s). The terms and conditions constitute all terms and agreements relating to Enigo agents participating in
the Enigo Agent Program.
9. Product Refund / Reimbursement
If you are not satisfied with any product, please contact us via email (enigo06@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (General Enquiry) within 7 working days of receiving
your order. Please include your Agent ID, order number and reason for dissatisfaction. If you have not received your order within the specified delivery time,
please contact us via WhatsApp (General Enquiry) within not later than 7 working days from the date of the specified delivery time. Enigo will review your
complaint and work with you to meet your expectations.
PLEASE NOTE:
We will only reprint or refund the cost of any print job that fails to meet the conditions under the General Expectation on Printing Outcome (Terms &
Conditions, clause #6). However, we are not responsible for typing, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the artwork/document creation
process. In an effort to keep costs down and pass those savings along to our customers, Enigo does not review artwork/documents for content or spelling.
In no way shall either (Enigo) EXCARD Corporation Sdn. Bhd.(672072-A) or its subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders or employees be liable for
any special incidents, indirect or consequential damages, mistakes or rejects of any kind whether or not the party has been advised of the possibility
of such damages or rejects arising out of or related to an Enigo agent's action(s). The terms and conditions constitute all terms and agreements relating
to Members participating in the Enigo Agent Program.
10. Enigo's INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The names, text, images, color bar and logos identifying Enigo or EXCARD CORPORATION SDN BHD (672072-A) and their products and services are subject to
copyright, design rights and trademarks of the EXCARD CORPORATION SDN BHD(672072-A) Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring
by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, text, design right or copyright of Enigo or EXCARD CORPORATION
SDN BHD (672072-A) Unless stated in written consent, a Enigo agent or party has no right to produce, copy, disseminate the names, text, images and logos
identifying Enigo or EXCARD CORPORATION SDN BHD(672072-A) and their products and services.
If Enigo suspects a Enigo agent has violated this condition, the management reserves the right to terminate that Enigo agent's account and their membership
as well as demand the return of all materials and information pertaining to Enigo. Enigo also reserves the right to take legal action against any Enigo agent
who misuses any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of Enigo or EXCARD CORPORATION SDN BHD (672072-A)
11. CONTRIBUTIONS TO Enigo
While Enigo agents submit any file to the Enigo (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) Enigo agents agree, by submitting their file,
to grant Enigo A perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create
derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to their
contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate their contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights
that may exist in their contribution, and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in the Enigo's Privacy Policy. If a Enigo agent does not want
to grant to Enigo the rights set out above, that Enigo agent is prohibited from submitting his/her file to the Enigo.
12. PRIVACY POLICY
12.1 Enigo collects information to process Enigo agent's order, guide and enhance Enigo agent online experience and to supply Enigo agent with information
in which Enigo agent have expressed an interest.
12.2 At any time Enigo agent can modify account details and email address from PROFILE -> VIEW/EDIT PROFILE on the Enigo eprinting solution.
12.3 When Enigo agent log in, Enigo collect Agent ID, password, and IP Address. This provides Enigo with default details for Enigo agent order processing
and sets up security - so viewing of Enigo agent account details, designs and order records is password protected.
12.4 To help Enigo agent choose the right product and design to suit Enigo agent purpose/business Enigo ask Enigo agent to make selections and choices -
Only the design details are collected if Enigo agent chooses to save or order.
12.5 When Enigo agent order, Enigo capture order details and files to process and fulfill Enigo agent order. Invoicing address and shipping address are
retained when Enigo agent register as a agent so Enigo agent do not have to enter them again. Order details are retained so Enigo agent can view the order
records.
12.6 To assist Enigo agent with promotions and marketing, and tailor Enigo service to Enigo agent needs Enigo will ask Enigo agent for feedback about Enigo
agent business and any information Enigo agent may require. Supply of this information other than those that state otherwise is optional and not mandatory.
All this data will be stored so Enigo can effectively meet Enigo agent needs.
12.7 Security - Access to Enigo agent account data is password protected. Credit card details are processed by appointed merchant's secure server.
12.8 Cookies - Enigo use cookies to personalise Enigo agent interface with the Enigo eprinting solution. They are small packets of data stored by Enigo
agent browser on Enigo agent's computer hard drive to identify Enigo agent to us. Enigo agent browser may have a feature to disable cookies or Enigo agent
can delete them if Enigo agent wish and the interface will not be severely restricted.
12.9 Enigo is interested in Enigo agent comments and will be pleased to answer any questions concerning Enigo privacy policy.
